Refund Policy
We strive to provide the best possible service to our customers. If you are not satisfied with our service, here is our policy on refunds:
- Trial Period: We offer a 7-day trial period for all new customers to try our service. If you are not satisified, we will offer a complete refund if requested within 7 days of subscribing to one of our paids tiers.
- Subscription Cancellations: You may cancel your subscription at any time. Subscription fees are non-refundable, except in the case of our failure to provide the subscribed service. Cancelling a subscription is not the same as requesting a refund within the 7-day trial period.
- Pro-rated Refunds: We do not offer pro-rated refunds for cancelled subscriptions before the end of the current billing cycle.
